> Design und Produktion aus Deutschland.

> Die endgültigen Farben können immer leicht von dem Eindruck abweichen, den man beim Bestellen am Bildschirm hat. Wir bitten dafür um dein Verständnis, auch wenn der Effekt sowieso nur minimal ist.

> Die Tassen sind spülmaschinen- und mikrowellenfest.

VERSAND

> Der Versand erfolgt ebenfalls aus Deutschland in sehr fest sitzenden, doppelwändigen Kartons, die möglichst wenig Verpackungsmüll erzeugen. Bitte versuche, den Karton sinnvoll weiter zu verwenden.

> Die Tassen werden erst gedruckt, wenn du sie bestellt hast. Damit sind es Einzelproduktionen, bei denen Umtausch & Widerruf leider nicht möglich sind. ABER: sollte es irgendein Problem mit deiner Bestellung geben – bitte kontaktiere uns! Wir finden eine Lösung, denn wir wollen glückliche Tassenfreaks.

> It’s a long-lasting, very cool design that’ll bring fun in your life every single day. We have stared at all those designs for days, before releasing them. And after all, what good is a good coffee from a shitty cup?

> Colours you see on a screen inevitably vary from the printed colours on a product. However, we are keen to minimize that effect.

> Feel free to use dishwashers and microwave ovens – no problem.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

> Designed in Germany, produced at a printing facility near you.

> The cups come in fairly sturdy small carton boxes, trying the best to avoid excessive trash. Please try to reuse the boxes.

> We work with print partners all over, so that delivery times are somewhat acceptable. Shipping times within the European Union are normally 2-4 business days, same as in the UK, USA and Canada. Shipping days in other than the mentioned regions may vary from 4 – 15 business days.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CUP?

> The cups are only printed once you ordered them. Therefore, revocation or exchange unfortunately are not an option. However, as we want nothing but happy cup friends, please do not hesitate to contact us if you should be unhappy with your cup. We will definitely find a solution!
